A unique aspect of Goodenough College is its community.
The College offers a heavily subsidised programme of constantly expanding social activities. The strong emphasis on fostering friendship begins with the Welcome Programme in October and continues throughout the year.
Special events include Dining In Nights, Winter and Summer Balls, Faculty Dinners and numerous receptions.
To broaden cultural awareness throughout the College, Members organise subsidised cultural evenings where their fellow Members are introduced to the food and culture of different parts of the world.
Members are also encouraged to give talks about their academic and social interests and to attend lectures and seminars presented by outside speakers.
