Rents for the 2011/12 academic year are set out below:

All the rates above include Value Added Tax (VAT).

During the first 28 days a higher rate of VAT will be payable.

Rents are reviewed annually with increases taking effect from 1 September.

It is possible that a higher rent may be charged if your income or scholarship is above a certain level. This will be made clear if you are offered a place. 

A deposit of £1,000 (plus a non-returnable registration fee of £100) will be required to secure your place.
