How you came to London?
It is something I have dreamt of ever since I was a kid. When I was ten years old I asked my mother to rent me a film and instead of coming back with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles she returned with Monty Python. After ten minutes of watching the film I decided I had to go to this place called England and see if for myself. Eleven years later at the age of twenty-one I was not disappointed when I went to Oxford to read History.

Why you chose to live in Goodenough College?
After living in a college in Oxford that only accepted “mature” and international students, I recognized early on how valuable an international living community could be and hence once I discovered Goodenough College online I applied straight away.

What you think is special about Goodenough College?
The people, the community living and environment.

Your typical week at Goodenough?
I am an unofficial College photographer so I get to attend a whole range of events taking photographs of what’s going on. I enjoy eating in the communal dining hall as much as possible as this is a great way of meeting other students and talking over issues. I am also a member of several committees that oversee activities in the college from a member’s perspectives. On the weekends I help organize sports in the local area.

What Goodenough means to you?
Goodenough College is whatever you make of it. The more one puts in the more satisfaction they will get out of it.
