How you came to London?
This is the second time I have studied in London and I am pleased to be living at Goodenough College this time.
Why you chose to live in Goodenough College?
A friend who had lived there recommended the College to me and it is well located for everything I want to do.
What you think is special about Goodenough College?
I liked the idea of separating where I was living from where I was studying. For me Goodenough College is like a sanctuary in middle of the hustle and bustle of London life. It is also exceptional because the Director, Andrew Ritchie and the staff are committed to the integrity and the spirit of community in the College.
Your typical week at Goodenough?
There is never a lack of things to do or people to meet. At least one evening per week, I find myself either at a philosophical discussion, a Port Talk or a musical performance. I like to conclude and begin my week by attending mass in the Chapel on Sundays.
What Goodenough means to you?
Goodenough College is unusual because everyone is unique and yet there is a sense of support for one another. The Great Hall, the Churchill Room, the gardens are some of my favorite places at the College. They represent history and tradition without conveying stuffiness or exclusivity.
